Welcome all! It’s Tuesday which means it is time for another Tell all Tuesday linky party! Last week we had so much fun reading all about you fabulous bloggers through our first theme, Two Truths and a Lie! It was so much fun to guess everyone’s little fib and learn more about you in a fun way! This week Diana from My Day in K and I are definitely in a summer state of mind. In celebration of either being on summer vacation or getting oh so close, our next topic for this week is called “Summer Snapshot!”
We’d love for you to think about a favorite summer memory current or new and post a picture or two about it. It could be a favorite summer trip, activity, or spot that you enjoy. We can’t wait to see and read all about your summer adventures!

For me, when I hear that summer is approaching I am immediately transported to my favorite summer spot. Going “down the shore,” during the summer months has been a yearly tradition for me and my family for years. We’d often take day trips when we were younger and on special occasions, spend the night or a long weekend at a hotel in shore towns.
About ten years ago my family decided to make their beach weekends a more permanent vacation and bought a home on Long Beach Island, NJ. Long Beach Island or LBI to most, is my ABSOLUTE favorite summer spot. It is the perfect mix of beach, quaint little shops, and local eateries. My favorite thing to do besides posting up on the beach with my family and friends is to ride a beach cruiser down the boulevard for some breakfast or ice cream!

When I can get down to my parent’s house I am a literal beach bum! You’ll most likely find me in a beach chair, with a big floppy hat on, and a good book that will keep me entertained for hours on end. My sister snapped the pic of me above a few summers ago and that’s pretty true to how you’ll always find me!

My last day at school is this Friday and what’s definitely keeping me going is knowing that in a few short days I will be able to lounge on the beach in LBI with a good book and some carefree time!
I would love to know what your favorite summer spot is! If you’re a blogger make sure to link up with us and share your “Summer Snapshot!” If you’re not a blogger you can still join in on the fun! Let us know what your favorite summer spot is in the comments below! Make sure to link back to all these awesome blogs to learn more about their favorite summer spots too!
I can’t wait to learn more about you, thanks so much for stopping by!

Our last day of school is this Friday too! Your summer spot sounds so fun and it's awesome that your family has a beach house there now! Hope you enjoy reading on the beach! I just finished The Husbands Secret and The Girl on The Train. They were pretty good if you are looking for any more beach reads!
Thanks for hosting the link up again!

We have good friends that live in Ocean, NJ (they used to live in Ocean Grove). We love visiting them and going to the shore. Looks relaxing!

AH! I would love to be at that beach right now! We have a "beach" in Chicago with Lake Michigan. We have had terrible weather though. I am hoping it turns into summer soon and I can lay out there. Congrats on finishing the school year!
