Happy hump day everyone! Today I am linking up with the lovely Miss DeCarbo for Wordless Wednesday! In honor of the upcoming holiday, I would like to express my love and gratitude to post-it notes! My picture(s) (I know I’m breaking the rule!) shows all the current ways I’ve been using post-its of all shapes and sizes in my classroom.

So here is my valentine to the post-it note…
Roses are red, post-its can be blue.
Thank you for always being there for me,
When my SMART board goes kablooey!
You allow me to reuse the same old charts
That send a little flutter right to my heart!
I don’t know what I’d do without you,
I really wouldn’t have a clue!
Oh poetry, I need to work on you before we launch that unit in writing, but you get the point ;). Wish me luck for the rest of the week, we’re tackling Valentine’s Day AND the 100th day on Friday! Enjoy the rest of yours everyone!

I love your poem and understand the thankfulness for basics like post-its when technology doesn't work. Thanks for posting your post-it ideas š I will have to try them.

Yes, I always tell the kids technology is wonderful, until it doesn't work! I'm glad you like the ideas!
